What to Expect:
Opening Circle: We will begin with a brief introduction and grounding meditation to set our intentions for the session.
Group Healing: We will also engage in a group healing session, where we collectively send Reiki to a person, situation, or the world, amplifying the healing power of our combined energies.
Closing Circle: We will end with a sharing circle, where participants can reflect on their experiences and share any insights or messages received during the session.
